Linda Love - 3d Grade

Linda Love graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe, LA .   She has taught for 33 years, taking 14 years off to raise 3 children.  Linda taught 28 years at Westwood ISD, having taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, as well as Jr. High level Career and Technology.  She is certified in 1st - 8th and holds a certificate for Gifted and Talented.  She comes to CHA, along with her grandson, John Michael who will be in the 6th grade.

She serves as Children’s Director at First Baptist Church, Palestine.  She loves gardening and antiques and loves to recycle and repurpose things.    Her desire is that God is first above all, and even in public school teaching, she felt her purpose in teaching was to make sure that the students she taught knew about having a personal relationship with Christ.  She is excited to be at CHA because of the freedom that the spirit of God will be allowed to move.   She desires for children to know that God has a plan for their life and that they are fearfully and wonderfully made and wants to teach them how to fully rely on Him.
